Smallest Roadworthy Car --Guinness Book of World Records -Video

If  you thought the Smart Fortwo was a small car, think again. The 2014 edition of the Guinness World Records features the real world's "Smallest Roadworthy Car" – a vehicle measuring just over two feet high and four feet long. Created by Phoenix native Austin Coulson, the comically toy-like car can go up to 25 miles per hour and sports "IM BIG" on its license plate.

The car may be cute, but it just doesn't look safe to drive on actual roads. However, USA Today reports that it is, in fact, licensed and registered in Texas and is classified as a low-speed vehicle, which means it can drive on local roads marked for up to 25 mph only. Of course, the ride might be a bit cramped. With the car's incredibly diminutive size, the only occupant who could fit comfortably might just be Miracle Milly, Guinness' "Smallest Living Dog," a 3.8-inch-tall chihuahua named Milly who is smaller than a running shoe. Actually, the world's "Shortest Donkey," at just over two feet tall, might also fit nicely.

Check out the gallery to see the world's tiniest car for yourself, and check out the video .
