It means the new tenants will be able to sleep in the same bedroom, cook in the same kitchen and even use the same toilet as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. They paid a reported £750 ( $1196.77) a month for the home but the new occupants are expected to pay considerably more. Real estate agents expect there will be a hefty premium for the bragging rights of renting a property lived in by the future king.
Just last week William announced he was quitting his military duties and would be moving back full-time to London. The couple and baby George will move into apartments at Kensington Palace. One source said: “William and Kate really enjoyed their time at this house. They are sad to leave the cottage but I’m sure there will be plenty of interest in it. It’s not every day a member of the public can live in the same house as royalty.”

The location of the property has been a closely guarded secret since they moved in. But it is off the beaten track and has access to a private beach and stunning views over Snowdonia ( National Park). The couple were often seen out and about on Anglesey. They were regularly seen at the award-winning White Eagle at Rhoscolyn ( popular local pub) on the north western tip of the island. And Kate was frequently found in the aisles of the local supermarkets in Holyhead ( local town on Anglesey).
Here's your big chance folks. Make it your summer home in Europe. Just be prepared to pay through the nose.
