    I don't understand how her heart would not be affected by her illness. But I do understand why she is so skinny; 50 orgasms would wear you out so much, you wouldn't have much appetite. She must produce a lot of adrenaline which would make her very restless. I guess it happens in her sleep too. Some people might think it was great bit I think it would be terrible not to have control over your own body.
