Prep : 5 min. plus refrigerating ... makes 5 serving
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-o Brand Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip Strawberry Whipped Topping unthawed divided
1 cup sliced strawberries
Stir boiling water into dry gelatin in large bowl until completely dissolved . Add 2/3 of the frozen whipped topping ( about 2 cups) ; stir with wire whisk until whipped topping is completely melted and mixture is well blended . Refrigerate remaining whipped topping for later use as a garnish .
Spoon fruit evenly into 5 dessert cups ; cover evenly with the gelatin mixture . Refrigerate 2 hours or until set.
Top with the remaining thawed whipped topping just before serving .

ReplyDeleteTaken my monkeys to the private pool at the hotel, Jonny has learned to swim when school was out, Man loves the water , he took to the water like a duck . They have a kiddie pool and it's much better than the public pools.

I think the IM isn't going to come back on for us. I have noticed in the last several months that a lot of the American programs I have used for years to get music and videos from is no longer available in Canada. They seem to be separating the programming of the two countries and I believe that is the problem we are facing.

Nana is doing okay. She is wearing the Lifeline necklace now. And they have installed a lock box outside so that the rescue and para medics can get in.
ReplyDeleteTomorrow morning we have an occupational therapist coming over to see Nana. I haven't a clue what he is going to do. The hospital decided to send him. Nana will get rid of him with a few nasty words. She is an expert at that. I think they tell old people how to fill their days weavung baskets and stuff.
I can't wait to see what Nana says to him....HA!
Dale said he didn't think it was anything wrong at your end because he saw where I was invited and he saw where I accepted , he says he lost a lot of contacts in Canada.

ReplyDeleteThat is a great choice of a name. I like it. Put any picture you like on it and we will use it just for our own enjoyment. If we can talk on IM, great. If it goes off suddenly we should go straight to the privat blog for our backup.Or if we want to have a three way conversation with someone. We can give out passwords to a few select people.

ReplyDeleteI am glad you got the Life Alert necklace for Nana becuse it will always be with her ...better than the phone .
We got Dad one about a year ago and it came in handy when he got woozy and lost his bearing .

ReplyDeleteI made the crunch cake , I baked it in a loaf pan , I didn't have time to make the icing and the ready made is too sweet and have two many chemicals ..it was really good.
You can also try anything you you want to do. Things you want to keep in drafts .

ReplyDeleteThat boy is huge. A big fat happy baby. Turns out Sam is a great mom.She was always kind of a misfit in the family. She has serious ADT and dyslexia and couldn't stay in school. She also had a hearing problem which went undetected for years so she could not perform well at school and she always seemed to ignore people. I guess she didn't hear them.
ReplyDeleteShe is okay now and seems to have outgrown some of her problems and she has had her ears fixed, that helps. Bur she is still an oddball and loner like her dad.

I have a feeling she will have another baby in a year or two. The father has a son with another girl. He has no plans to marry either of them.At least,so far, unless someone goes down there with a shotgun.

ReplyDeleteI just remembered, Sam had ADHD. Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. She couldn't focus her attention and she never sat still or slept, even as a baby.

It's harder now to get a Org. because people is so evil . Gil told me to be patience , it all will work out and I am selling the crafts . I rented a spot at a flea market and the 3 older people is working in it , they are on a fixed income , so it helps everyone.

ReplyDeleteThey are selling really well, the birdhouses /puppies /baby quilts and they take orders for the larger items .. like the garage hangers , they are staying busy , they make all the crafts you put on here . We make a nice profit .

ReplyDeleteI haven't had a jiggle dance in a very long time. It is so sad. It never failed to make me laugh. He has changed, my poor man. But he is tough. He went for a CT scan today. They wanted to know if the growths in his lungs had grown and if the kidney cancer had spread anywhere else. We won't find out until the twent-first.
