Family Tidbits

I was telling  my grandson Sam what my own childhood was like: “We used to skate outside on a pond. I had a swing made from a  huge tire, which hung from a tree in our back yard. And we used to pick wild raspberries in the woods, right where we built a tree house."
Sam was wide-eyed, taking all this in. At last he said, “ Wow! I sure wish I’d gotten to know you sooner!”
