It's flippin cold up here in Snow-bird land

So cold, in fact, there is a layer of ice covering everything, the rooftops, trees, cars, the kids, the dog, my glasses and the roads are death traps. But if you like to skate or play hockey on the road, then you are in your domain.

The Butterfly Conservatory, situated between Kitchener and Cambridge Ontario tracks the local temperature and have announced it is minus 17 degrees Celsius ... that is 17 degrees below freezing. The rain and the melting snow of a couple of days ago have frozen solid and won't let up for a few days. Please be careful out there Canadians and slow down on the 401 and the Queen E.
